He’s a hilarious guy with a lot of personality, and enormous guns too.
CT Fletchers arm workouts are bad ass and using his arm workout techniques can put a lot of mass in your arms quickly.

Get’s my blood pumping every time I watch it. It’s more of a pump up video than an instructional video. It’s dope though. Watch it before you hit the gym!

CT Fletcher Arm Workout Warfare
Bodybuilding.com put together a breakdown of CT’s Arm workout warfare. It breaks down like this:
- Tricep Pushdown – 10 sets, 10 reps
- Standing Biceps Cable Curl – 10 sets, 10 rps
- One Arm Dumbbell preacher Curl – 2 sets until failure
- Seated Triceps Press – 4 sets to failure
- Income Inner Biceps Curl – 2 sets to failure
- Tricep Dumbbell kickback – 2 sets, 40 reps per arm
- Chin up – 2 sets to failure
- Decline Dumbbell Triceps Extensions – 1 set, 20 reps pyramid set
The exercise above is pretty intense and insane. CT Fletcher doesn’t really believe in “over training”. He’s a pretty big supporter of hitting it hard and often. I may agree wit that…
In any case, the exercise above should help you build bigger arms. Hit it hard on arm day and eat well. Your biceps will be f’ed up, according to CT Fletcher. The exercise above is shown in video in the first video I posted on here. Check that out if you haven’t yet. It’s really dope ass.

How to build big ass arms
There are so many routines out there on how to build arms. If you are a beginner, I recommend focusing on simple arm exercises like dumbbell curls and barbell curls.
Once you get the hand of it, and your muscles get used to being torn and ripped apart, then you can start compounding exercises together like super sets and drop sets. But it’s important to get the basic arm exercises down first.
If you’ve been working out for awhile and need a boost or need new ideas to get bigger arms, use CT Fletchers arm workout. You’ll be very familiar with the exercises already, and now it’s just time to put them together in a logical order that builds big ass arms.
Also, remember that nutrition is really important. It’s almost a waste to work out hard in the gym and not eat enough protein. It’s like buying a Ferrari and filling it with crappy gas. That’s just not how you’ll get peak performance.
Try to eat at least 1 gram of protein per pound of lean muscle mass. Eating 1.5 grams of protein per pound of lean muscle mass is fine too. This is what most experts recommend from what I’ve seen, and it’s what I try to eat daily. I also find I recover faster when I make sure my diet is on tip top point.
